Street Light in Seven Islands Monitored

Seribu Island Sub-dept. of Industry and Energy monitoring 1,500 LED street lights installed in seven islands.

“We need to know the street light effect for surrounding residents,” said Melinda Sagala, Seribu Island Head Sub-dept. of Industry and Energy, Wednesday (1/13).

Melinda added that monitoring was also aimed to check the electricity network since Panggang Island always experiencing low power.

“But now is back to normal,” she added.

The replacing of 70 watt lamp to 20 watt is able to save 200 percent in one point.
